Mesh Decking

Mesh decking is the easiest way of turning your pallet racking beams into shelving. Each panel has a load capacity of 1000kg and has four in built support bars to maximise the load capacity and stop any sagging or bending you would generally find in timber inserts. The decking can take pallets between the beams allowing for storage of smaller pallets on your rack without any fuss. The decks can also stop broken pallets that may be on your rack from collapsing through the rack. The decks are very popular on the top level of high bay racking as they afford the forklift operator some security while trying to position the pallet correctly on the rack. Two decks will cover the standard 2700mm long pallet racking beam and turn this level into a 2000kg shelf once the cross beam can withstand that load capacity.
